I ordered the bed frame on Thursday and it came to me the next day so I was very happy about that. I wrote a previous review stating I was happy it came early but the directions were not easy to follow, but once I figured it out it was fairly simple to put together. Well I received a call from 2K saying they would pay me to remove the comment and I think they removed it regardless. The product is working well for me but I'm not sure it's right for a company to pay people to delete reviews. I will stick with my 3 stars.

We bought a queen size Serta Loyalist pillowtop mattress and a boxspring.... and our old wood bedframe just wouldn't do. Shopped other places before deciding on this frame, and read the other reviews. (Thank you for the hint that instructions were on the box!) After putting the boxspring back together (no thanks to the old bedframe), we put together the new metal one. It was super easy, all parts were present, it was easy to move and best of all -- it supports our huge ol' mattress wonderfully. FINALLY -- a good night's sleep!!! Three cheers for the extra legs and center support. Did we really live two years without one of these? Definitely a good buy.

This bed fame is totally functional nothing special but it does the trick and the price is right. It was super easy to put together and it works just fine. Our bed is no longer on the floor.
